About The Position

Premier Health is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for network, voice, systems, and server functions across multiple environments. This role involves supporting critical clinical, operational, and back-office functions within the healthcare technology sector. The position requires acting as a Project Manager to achieve project outcomes, managing resource assignments, departmental budgets, hiring and staffing, documentation and policy management, staff development, and departmental succession planning. The role also involves managing task-orientation, dependencies, and timelines, and utilizing interpersonal and participatory management skills.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in IT with 8 years of Information Technology experience or a related Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of IT experience or an Associate’s Degree in IT with 12 years of IT experience OR a related Associate’s Degree with 14 years of IT experience is required. Years of experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
• Knowledge of IT technology department supported systems
• Previous management experience and industry certifications
• Experience in Microsoft Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite
