Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 4 years in any job title involving ServiceNow development and architecture experience
• 4 years working with infrastructure automation programming languages including Python and PowerShell
• 4 years working in AWS Cloud infrastructure engineering and architecture
• 3 years architecting and implementing CI/CD pipelines
• 3 years designing and building APIs using protocols including REST, SOAP, or GraphQL
• 3 years implementing APIs with Python or JavaScript

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure architecture that supports scalable, resilient, and efficient operations.
• Develop and execute an automation strategy aimed at streamlining infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management processes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to automate the deployment and management of resources, while creating and maintaining code and tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with cyber security and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions into security protocols and operational workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations for enhanced service availability.
• Provide visibility and safety for operations teams, ensuring they have the necessary insights and protections to efficiently manage and respond to potential issues within the infrastructure.
• Ensure that automation practices adhere to security and compliance standards, incorporating best practices into the automation framework.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes, architectures, and procedures.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on automation tools, practices, and architecture.
