About The Position

Seeking a Junior Infrastructure Engineer; however, this role will lean heavily toward customer service and end-user IT support. This position requires strong organizational skills, communication, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of service while collaborating effectively across teams and business units. Need a four-year degree.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
Comfortable working with individuals at all levels and adapting to change
Infrastructure fundamentals
Windows environment
Customer service orientation
PC troubleshooting and hardware support
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Internship or professional experience in IT support, customer service, or troubleshooting
Call center or customer-facing support experience

Responsibilities

Provide support to internal business partners by answering technical questions via calls, email, and messaging
Assist with IT asset management, including hardware inventory tracking and organization
Review and process requests, including submitting security access requests and managing system logins
Look up hardware warranty information and support equipment lifecycle management
Help coordinate and support hardware deployments, including imaging, software installation, and migrations
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support end-user needs
All work will involve internal systems and data.
Provide hands-on support for hardware rollout activities (imaging, installations, migrations)
Respond to technical inquiries from internal users via multiple channels
