Tenstorrent is building large-scale AI infrastructure across on-prem data centers and accelerator clusters. This role focuses on automation of provisioning, configuration, and deployment workflows to ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and repeatable. This role is hybrid in Toronto, ON; Austin, TX; or Santa Clara, CA. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. Requirements

  • Experienced in infrastructure automation, DevOps, or systems engineering in large-scale environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Ansible and AWX, including playbooks, roles, and automation workflows.
  • Proficient in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages for automation and tooling.
  • Comfortable with Linux systems administration and debugging infrastructure issues.
  • Familiar with networking fundamentals and CI/CD systems in distributed environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible and AWX for infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
  • Build and manage playbooks, roles, inventories, and job templates for scalable system deployment.
  • Automate infrastructure across compute nodes, networking components, and system services.
  • Integrate automation workflows with internal tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot automation pipelines and collaborate with SRE and infrastructure teams on large-scale deployments.
