Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in a related field
  • 2+ years of infrastructure/DevOps engineering experience
  • Expertise in automation tools, DevOps methodologies, and system troubleshooting
  • Experience with Windows Server administration, networking, and PowerShell scripting

Nice To Haves

  • Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in a related field
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration on complex infrastructure projects
  • Experience with monitoring tools, performance metrics, and disaster recovery implementation
  • Experience with Windows Server technologies
  • Experience with System Center tools (SCOM, SCCM)
  • Experience with troubleshooting and optimizing performance of complex applications and server technologies
  • Solid understanding of storage, networking, performance management, monitoring, security and configuration management methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure systems supporting product development and validation environments
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability
  • Create comprehensive documentation and operational procedures to support team excellence
  • Build and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines encompassing source control, automated testing, security scanning, and deployment strategies
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code practices and automation solutions to enhance delivery velocity
  • Leverage telemetry data and KPIs to continuously improve pipeline performance and reliability
  • Partner with development and customer groups to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive innovative improvements across systems and workflows
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies
