About The Position

The Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Lead will lead cloud architecture, systems reliability, CI/CD automation, and the organization’s corporate security posture. The role is responsible for maintaining scalable, high-performing cloud infrastructure and protecting organizational assets through proactive security management, compliance, and incident response. The position is listed as remote, with a global location and National Capital Region, Philippines also shown.

Requirements

• Experience with AWS, GCP, and Terraform.
• Experience with Docker and Linux.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, and DNS.
• Experience with MySQL.
• Experience with Bash, Python, and JavaScript.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD.
• Knowledge of AI for automation and security.
• Familiarity with NIST and SOC 2 frameworks.
• Experience with Redis or Valkey and Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
• Experience with Node.js, Elixir, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Execute vulnerability scanning and security hardening.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
• Architect, implement, and maintain servers across AWS, GCP, and Docker environments.
• Oversee logging, auditing, alerting, resource monitoring, domain and DNS zones, disaster recovery, and incident response.
• Drive infrastructure as code with Terraform, performance tuning, and cloud cost optimization.
• Build, optimize, and maintain automated deployment pipelines while enforcing secrets management.
• Oversee software dependency updates, infrastructure-to-backend integrations, and ETL data pipeline operations.
• Lead infrastructure budget forecasting and account billing.
• Establish and enforce IT and security policies across the organization.
