This role is responsible for managing and maintaining networking and server infrastructure. The Infrastructure Administrator will act as the primary contact for related issues, maintain system and network documentation, and train staff in their area of specialization. The position requires troubleshooting network and server problems and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A basic understanding of networks is also necessary. Employees are expected to attend work regularly and may be required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs in the hospitality/entertainment industry. All employees must comply with company policies and procedures.
