Duties and responsibilities: will vary depending on departmental needs. Duties may include but are not limited to providing assistance to server support, systems administration, and end-users relating to computer and/or networking problems. May also identify and analyze software and network related problems and recommend solutions for those problems, assist users in maintaining their desktop computing environment, troubleshoot web and e-mail problems, assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software, and design and edit web sites. Emergency Hire opportunities are limited to 130 calendar days of employment.
