About The Position

E-Logic is seeking an Information Technology Support Lead to provide senior-level technical support and leadership for end-user services, escalations, and IT operations in the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center's (DLIFLC) from Continental United States CONUS. Important Notice : This role is part of a proposal for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center's (DLIFLC) from Continental United States CONUS . Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant . Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT support experience
  • Windows and/or Apple certification
  • Experience with SCCM, Jamf Pro, Ivanti, or equivalent ITSM tools
  • IAT Level II certification required

Responsibilities

  • Lead Tier 2/3 IT support operations
  • Resolve complex desktop, server, and network issues
  • Oversee ITSM tools, ticket queues, and service delivery metrics
  • Provide mentorship to support staff
  • Recommend system improvements and process enhancements
