The IT Support Intern will support IT Service Desk operations and device lifecycle management while gaining hands-on experience in technical support and IT operations. This role provides exposure to real-world IT service management practices, including ticket triage, user onboarding and offboarding, hardware inventory tracking, and process documentation. The intern will work under supervision to support ongoing initiatives and contribute to improving service efficiency and documentation within the IT function.
