Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old (or per state requirements for employment of minors)
  • 0-2 years of Professional experience
  • 0-4 years college in IT-related field
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Employee-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from high school, trade school, technical program, or related college courses.
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and follow instructions
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Web based applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in a Microsoft environment preferred, Active Directory, GPO, Server 2012R2 and newer.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Assist with remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Assist with determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by employees
  • Assist the employee through the problem-solving process
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Assist with recording events and problems and their resolution in out ticketing system
  • Assist with equipment roll outs as directed by supervisor
  • Follow-up and update employee status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by employees to the appropriate internal team
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
