About The Position

The IT Specialist supports the daily operation, security, and reliability of the Bank's technology infrastructure. Under direction of the IT Manager and within a highly regulated financial environment, this role provides hands‑on administration of workstations, user accounts, telecommunications systems, and cloud‑based services. The incumbent will assist in management of inventory and support of users, workstations, peripherals, applications, releases, and report writing. Working closely with the IT Manager, the IT Specialist helps ensure that the Bank's technology systems support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the strategic goals of the Bank.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Information Technology
  • 1-2 years of experience in Help Desk and IT Administration
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and the MS365 Cloud environment
  • Excellent analytical, research and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pace environments
  • Must be able to work at the Fleetwood location daily with the ability to travel to other branch locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SharePoint is a plus
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a primary resource for on-site technical support, responding to hardware, software, and access‑related requests from employees across all Bank locations.
  • Monitors applications releases, reviews release notes, and ensures business lines are properly educated and prepared.
  • Assists with maintaining information security controls and monitoring processes.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in the Bank's report writing tools.
  • Works closely with the IT Manager to ensure technology systems support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strategic goals.
