Your day as a Information Technology Specialist The Information Technology Specialist position at the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony is a pivotal role supporting the Site Manager in maintaining the computer and network systems essential for the Reno Sparks Tribal Health Center (RSTHC). This position involves working with various technologies, including NextGen software, Dentrix EDR, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring they operate efficiently to serve the community. You will be responsible for receiving and prioritizing end-user help requests, employing diagnostic tools for problem resolution, and providing hands-on training at the desktop level. Additionally, you'll assist in the maintenance of network connections and servers, ensuring seamless communication and data flow. The role also requires installation of wiring for computers or security cameras. As an aspiring Clinical Application Coordinator (CAC), you'll gain valuable experience in Vista Imaging and NextGen Practice Management Solutions while being available to tackle emergency issues outside regular working hours.
