Who We Are The Enterprise Technology Services Division (ETSD), part of the Office of the State Court Administrator (OSCA) within OJD, is hiring a Microsoft 365/Mobile Devices Support Specialist (Information Technology Specialist) to join our team in Salem, Oregon. ETSD provides business solutions, system support, technology vendor management, and information security for OJD. Position Highlights In this role, you will resolve specialized and complex technical issues and be responsible for OJD’s enterprise-wide systems performance of the Microsoft (MS) 365 and mobile device solutions systems. You will support customers throughout OJD: in OSCA, the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, the Tax Court, and circuit courts across the state. You will also establish and maintain positive working relationships with external stakeholders to optimize performance and communication.
