The Information Technology Specialist I will be responsible for Help Desk functions for computers, email, Internet access, applications, printers, copiers, scanning services, phones, audio/visual equipment, and other computer related hardware and software. Job will require troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. Employee is responsible to maintain computers and peripheral equipment connected to Eddy County�s diverse network. Employee must keep confidential all secured and sensitive information revealed. Employee must be trustworthy, self-motivated, have a keen attention to detail, and have good customer service skills.
