Information Technology Specialist I - Starting Pay: $26.87-$29.65 Per Hour Doe
About The Position
The Information Technology Specialist I will be responsible for Help Desk functions for computers, email, Internet access, applications, printers, copiers, scanning services, phones, audio/visual equipment, and other computer related hardware and software. Job will require troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. Employee is responsible to maintain computers and peripheral equipment connected to Eddy County�s diverse network. Employee must keep confidential all secured and sensitive information revealed. Employee must be trustworthy, self-motivated, have a keen attention to detail, and have good customer service skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of experience with computer systems troubleshooting
- Four years of experience with Windows platforms
- Must possess a valid NM driver�s license and be insurable, with no DWI convictions and no more than two moving violations in the past three years
- No illegal drug use within the past three years
- The ability to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing
