About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a PLM Process/Systems Architect and lead the technical transformation of advanced manufacturing technologies. As the subject matter expert, you will define, develop, and integrate next-generation Product Lifecycle Manufacturing (PLM) systems to drive innovation across our aerospace operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and become a pivotal force in shaping our digital manufacturing future.

Requirements

• Expertise in PLM (minimum 8 years) and MES (minimum 8 years) implementation and integration
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace manufacturing systems and business processes
• 10+ years of experience in production scheduling, complex assembly BOMs, process planning, tooling, configuration management, and workflow processes
• Proven track record in systems architecture and manufacturing applications design
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with PLM tools such as Teamcenter or 3DX and ERP platforms like OneAero, ERP4C, or S4/HANA
• Deep understanding of production scheduling, process planning, and workflow optimization
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional digital thread initiatives
• Ability to effectively partner with IT teams

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, development, and integration of advanced manufacturing technologies to resolve complex manufacturing challenges
• Act as the technical authority bridging business processes across the value stream and digital thread
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable business requirements for digital manufacturing systems
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Quality, Engineering & Technology, Sustainment, and Digital Transformation teams to ensure seamless coordination
• Guide the evolution and integration of PLM, ERP, and MES systems to optimize manufacturing operations
• Mentor and support cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
