About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology - Software Engineer to join their talented team. This role is responsible for the design and development of Salesforce applications for FEP Local claim data processing systems within the healthcare domain. The position involves understanding requirements, coding, testing, and debugging applications to ensure the development of high-quality products. The primary accountability for development work spans the entire project lifecycle, from planning to implementation. The role provides technical oversight and supports IT project teams in delivering high-quality FEP products to meet business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related IT field or equivalent work experience
1 Year of experience in building, deploying and supporting sales force applications and platform solutions.

Experience with Salesforce application development.
Experience with web programming including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Experience of custom solutions on Salesforce platform working with Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Flow, Visualforce, SOQL.
Experience building REST APIs for external systems integrations.
Experience with object-oriented programming design patterns and Salesforce data modeling best practices.
Experience developing reporting and dashboards in Salesforce.
Experience with JIRA or Agile platform for collaborating with multiple teams and source control system like Git/SVN.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders.
Experience in multi-cloud architecture and AWS cloud development is a plus.
Experience in a call center setup within Salesforce is plus.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines like Copado and knowledgeable are plus.
Understanding & knowledge of AI is a plus.
Agentforce 360 experience & knowledge is a plus.
Development using AI tools like Agentforce DX, Agentforce vibes are a plus.
Data 360 experience or knowledge is a plus.
Integration with other SAAS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop efficient and effective production solutions to meet FEP business needs.
Serve as a Salesforce application developer for new development and enhancements of existing applications for FEP users and other application integrations.
Communicate with other team members (developer, tester, business analyst) to ensure seamless product delivery and optimal performance.
Write, review, deploy, and maintain code.
Support D2D requests and debug issues to find resolutions.
Publish technical documents and share knowledge with teams.
Understand requirements and current systems to develop systems properly based on requirements and provide resolutions for issues/enhancements.
Study and understand new features and services from Salesforce and each Salesforce release to improve the performance of FEP Salesforce applications.
Develop Unit testing code and support automation testing implementation.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis of issues, providing optimal resolutions.
Support D2D and developments across different environments.
Collaborate closely with other development team members, the project manager, and product managers to ensure applications are developed according to requirements and needs, delivering them on time with high quality.
