Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Requirements

7+ years of experience leading software development projects
Experience leading software development teams that provide enhancement and O&M support to a portfolio of applications
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience managing IT Infrastructure projects
Experience managing project schedules and risks, and balancing contract cost
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile processes
Ability to develop and present briefings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
