About The Position

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, Inc. Information Technology Manager Job Description Responsible for managing functional goals in the areas of services, system health, performance metrics, project management. Manage staff including hiring, performance management, salary administration, career development, motivation, teambuilding. Systems analysis and design to support projects and requests—data analysis, business process analysis, hardware and software analysis. Data model design, program specifications, project request estimates. Fulfill the role of a business relationship manager to assist in the direction, analysis, definition, prioritization of the business requirements. Provide a single point of contact for the client. Budget and Planning. Create and administer department and project budgets. Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex technical or business support or production operations team(s). Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from senior manager. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers. Accountable for results of a small team. Exercises limited management authority; sets employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions. Defines team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, plus 8 years of experience as an IT Manager, Technology Lead, or related occupation.
  • Requires experience with the following skills: Developing interfaces and new OAF Pages
  • Customizing reports and migrating and testing applications with 11i, R12.1.3, R12.2.4
  • Performing upgrade activities, supporting GO live activities and resolving production issues
  • Performing software development for full life cycle of Oracle applications including requirements gathering, prototyping, proof of concept, designing, interfacing for implementation, testing and maintenance
  • Designing, coding, testing, and migrating custom applications along with standards for R12.2.4 and R12.2.6 (online editioning)
  • Managing and coaching teams responsible for defining, developing, and supporting information systems and B2B Integration Tools.
  • Employee reports to office in Centennial, CO. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
