About The Position

As a Manager - Information Technology, you will lead the strategic planning, development, and management of our infrastructure engineering efforts. Your leadership will ensure the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure, directly impacting the success of our business operations. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to drive innovation, implement best practices, and oversee the integration of advanced infrastructure technologies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure design and management
• 3+ years of experience with network management
• 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code technologies (i.e. Terraform)
• 3+ years of experience in performance tuning and optimization
• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure security
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

• Experience in the financial services industry

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize infrastructure engineering initiatives to support company goals.
• Develop and implement infrastructure management procedures and policies.
• Evaluate and integrate new infrastructure technologies.
• Provide leadership and technical direction for infrastructure-related projects.
• Ensure the integrity, availability, and performance of infrastructure systems.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and capacity to proactively address issues.
