Provide analysis, design, and troubleshooting of servers, tools, and desktops with the IT Administrator. Maintain and install infrastructure hardware and software. Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of LAN/WAN connectivity and performance issues with the Network Administrator. Monitor infrastructure stability and performance. Oversee performance of day-to-day administration of credit union’s IT environment and timely completion of all related projects. Work with the Information Security Officer to ensure all data is secure, functional and recoverable. Manage internal staff ensuring that all networks, systems, and devices are well maintained and secure. Oversee and maintain relationships with outside service and equipment vendors for installations, upgrades and problem resolution. Evaluate and/or recommend purchases. Participate in and provide input to IT budget preparation. Manage staff to maintain proper coverage and ensure staff is cross trained and maintains all required certifications. Ensure smooth working relationships between IT and all internal areas.
