About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support for hospital staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals Support Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other clinical applications under supervision Help manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets in accordance with security and HIPAA requirements Assist with routine IT maintenance, updates, and inventory tracking Respond to help desk requests in a timely and professional manner Support cybersecurity best practices, including device security and data protection Assist with documentation of IT procedures, workflows, and troubleshooting guides Collaborate with IT staff on special projects and technology upgrades as assigned Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned. Professional Requirements: Maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Report to work on time and as scheduled. Wear identification while on duty. Maintain regulatory requirements, including all state, federal and local regulations. Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times. Comply with all organizational policies. Conduct oneself as a professional in accordance with PRIDE values. Job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. High school graduate. CNA or equivalent experience preferred. Medical terminology class (preferred but not required).
