About The Position

We’re looking for an Information Technology Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This role offers hands-on experience supporting end users while learning solution-focused approaches to resolving both routine and complex technical issues. It’s a great opportunity to build practical service desk and user support skills in a real-world environment.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate of a related college-program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in learning across the varied aspects of the organization.
• Ability to take direction and partner with others in a team environment.
• Ability to work hard, have fun, and make a difference.
• Creative problem solving with attention to both technical and aesthetic detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating system
• Familiarity with iOS and macOS operating systems
• Familiarity and experience configuring and troubleshooting audio visual technology, including web/video conferencing, large displays, and basic sound design
• Basic understanding of networking
• Capacity and desire to learn, understand and support system backups, error logs, system updates, IT inventory

Responsibilities

• Shadow IT team members and provide direct technical support to employees
• Assist with responding to IT support tickets and messages
• Provide both on-site (hands-on) and remote support for computers, laptops, tablets, printers, and other devices
• Support and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft Office applications, networking, and audio/visual equipment
• Work alongside System Administrators to learn and assist with system administration, monitoring, and routine maintenance
• Gain exposure to tools and environments such as Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365
• Support IT projects including hardware refreshes, service and process improvement initiatives, and event audio/visual setup
