The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Information Technology (IT) Intern this summer. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting our IT Help Desk and end‑user services, including technical support, account setup, and day-to-day IT operations. If you are interested in information technology, customer support, and learning how technology supports a large, mission-driven organization, we want to hear from you. The Chamber Internship Program is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn at the world’s largest business organization. In addition to directly supporting a team within the organization, interns have access to programming designed to help build professional skills and expand their networks. The Chamber also offers robust programming each semester to support professional development and networking for interns. These opportunities include company-wide meetings and social events, intern-exclusive discussions with senior executives such as the CEO, the Chief Policy Officer, and the President of the Foundation, as well as a resume review and interview preparation workshop. This is a 10-week internship expected to run from Monday, June 8 through Friday, August 14. Interns can expect to work around 35-40 hours per week. Interns work a hybrid schedule and are expected to be in the office at least three days per week at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce headquarters in downtown Washington, D.C. Fully remote applicants will not be considered. Interns are responsible for securing their own housing if needed. This is a paid internship, and students may also receive academic credit if they meet the criteria set by their school. The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. This internship is open to current college or graduate students, as well as individuals who have graduated within the past six months.
