Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious, motivated, eager to learn and grow professionally

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred majors include, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Technology Management, or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Respond to help desk tickets via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with setting up, configuring, and deploying laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Support user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
  • Install, update, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
  • Document issues, solutions, and procedures to help improve internal knowledge bases.
  • Assist with inventory management of IT equipment and assets.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Follow IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
