Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curious, motivated, eager to learn and grow professionally
Nice To Haves
- Preferred majors include, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Technology Management, or related fields
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with setting up, configuring, and deploying laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
- Install, update, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
- Document issues, solutions, and procedures to help improve internal knowledge bases.
- Assist with inventory management of IT equipment and assets.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Follow IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
