About The Position
Phillips Edison & Company (PECO) is seeking an Information Technology Intern for Software Development for Summer 2027. PECO focuses on creating exceptional omni-channel grocery-anchored shopping experiences and enhancing communities. PECO's operating platform manages the acquisition, redevelopment, leasing, and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.
Requirements
- Current university student enrolled in a degree-seeking program studying Computer Science.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work independently, with direction and guidance, and on a team (as needed).
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities at once.
Responsibilities
- Act as a development resource for the Enterprise Application Team to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications, reports, and system integrations (60%).
- Assist in the collection and documentation of business requirements, development of user stories, time/cost estimates, and project plans (20%).
- Provide third-level application support to organization business users (20%).
