About The Position

Falcon’s is searching for a Director of Information Technology to lead enterprise technology operations across Falcon’s Beyond Global and affiliated entities. This role serves as a strategic partner to the CTO and executive leadership, overseeing IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance, budgets, vendors, service delivery, and technology roadmaps that support Falcon’s corporate, creative, engineering, manufacturing, technical, production, and attraction systems teams.

Requirements

  • Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.
  • Progressive information technology leadership experience managing enterprise IT operations, technical staff, multi-site or hybrid workforce environments, technology strategy, roadmaps, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise technology budgets exceeding $1M annually and leading technical staff, contractors, vendors, consultants, or managed service providers.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Azure/cloud technologies, Active Directory/Entra ID, enterprise networking, routing/switching/wireless, firewalls/security platforms, virtualization, storage, backup/disaster recovery, endpoint management, identity access management, and Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Thorough understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN technologies, VLAN architecture, SaaS platforms, hybrid cloud environments, database-backed business or production systems such as MySQL, and security frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong executive presence, written and verbal communication, vendor negotiation, project management, documentation, analytical, troubleshooting, conflict resolution, organizational planning, and change leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel periodically, possess a valid driver’s license, and occasionally lift and move technology equipment up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
  • Will not require Falcon’s Beyond Global, LLC to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to be employed (now or in the future).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting creative, production, engineering, manufacturing, attraction systems, technical production, VFX, animation, game development, real-time visualization, immersive entertainment, themed entertainment, fabrication, or similar high-collaboration environments is highly preferred.
  • Preferred platform/workflow experience includes Autodesk Maya, Adobe Creative Cloud, Unreal Engine, Unity, Houdini, Nuke, Blender, SOLIDWORKS, PDM systems, ShotGrid/Flow Production Tracking, Perforce, GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, render management, NAS/SAN, media asset management, and CAD/design-data lifecycle workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise IT strategy, governance, infrastructure operations, service delivery, operational standards, and multi-year technology roadmaps in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Direct cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, identity and access management, vulnerability management, incident response planning, endpoint protection, monitoring, and security awareness initiatives.
  • Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure/cloud services, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, firewalls, virtualization, storage, backups, disaster recovery, telecommunications, collaboration platforms, endpoint management, and physical technology infrastructure.
  • Support specialized creative, engineering, production, manufacturing, fabrication, and attraction technology environments, including CAD/PDM systems, production pipelines, render/GPU environments, asset management, source control, database-backed tools, and technical documentation repositories.
  • Lead, mentor, develop, and manage IT staff, contractors, consultants, vendors, and managed service providers while fostering accountability, service orientation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage annual operating and capital technology budgets, procurement strategies, licensing, vendor negotiations, support agreements, renewals, service levels, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Direct concurrent technology projects and strategic initiatives, including solution evaluation, implementation planning, project governance, risk reporting, executive status updates, and cross-functional prioritization.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Production, Creative Services, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and user-focused technology solutions.
