As a participant in the Information Technology Development Program (ITDP), you’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on developing future leaders in digital technology. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build technical and leadership skills, and contribute to projects that make a real-world impact on healthcare delivery. Each rotation offers a unique opportunity to explore different areas of IT, including: Cybersecurity – Safeguard systems and data through risk management and threat detection. Data Analytics & Operations – Leverage data to drive insights and operational efficiency. Technical Product/Project Management – Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Artificial Intelligence – Apply machine learning and AI to enhance IT processes & systems. Application Development – Build and optimize software tools for internal & external use. IT Infrastructure & Architecture – Design and support scalable, secure technology environments. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Data Science, or a related STEM field
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
  • Experience applying technical and analytical skills through coursework, projects, or internships
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We do not sponsor employment visas for this role.
