Our co-op program offers students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working on real-world projects. Partnering with industry professionals, participants will contribute to the development and enhancement of Sub-Zero Group's products while gaining practical experience to complement their studies. Co-op assignments are typically 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday for 8 months. Spring (January 2027 - August 2027) Co-ops: IT Data & Analytics: Gain real-world experience with modern data platform, data engineering, analytics, and reporting tools and techniques. Embedded within the development team, implement and support products which may include data replication, data modeling and transformation, analytics dashboarding and reporting, and data and analytics tool process improvements. Participate in Agile Scrum development methodology and multi-tier software development and deployment process. Work collaboratively with team members, leadership and stakeholders, and regularly report status of work tasks. IT Web & Mobile QA: Collaborate as a member of established development teams focused on delivering high-quality web and mobile technology solutions. Your contributions will include manual testing, building automated tests using tools such as Test Complete, validating mobile and web applications across multiple platforms, improving observability and performance, and supporting the success of the software release cycle. Gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle while applying a quality-first mindset and working alongside experienced professionals in an agile environment. This role provides hands-on experience with modern web and mobile technologies, test automation, and continuous improvement practices that help ensure an exceptional user experience. IT CRM: Contribute to a well-established CRM team focused on supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related applications. Responsibilities include assisting with platform configuration, system optimization, and researching best practices to improve efficiency. Gain hands-on experience in enterprise software development while collaborating with experienced developers and stakeholders in an agile environment. Additional exposure to quality assurance processes includes manual and automated testing, as well as supporting software delivery through observability and metric tracking. IT Business Optimization: Join a dynamic team focused on driving enablement and introducing cutting-edge technologies. Your contributions will include exploring emerging technologies, developing automation tools, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance processes within other teams. Gain hands-on experience with modern platforms, automation frameworks, and agile practices while collaborating with experienced professionals passionate about continuous improvement. Data Governance: Join Sub-Zero Group's Data Governance team for a hands-on co-op focused on strengthening governance of our materials master data. You'll utilize and help grow adoption of Atlan for data cataloging and lineage, support data quality initiatives within our SAP S/4HANA environment, and partner with business and IT stakeholders across the organization. Ideal for students pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or Supply Chain who are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large data sets. This role offers hands-on experience with an enterprise data catalog platform, direct mentorship, and a strong foundation for a career in data management or IT. IT SAP Operations: Contribute to a well-established SAP team supporting core business processes across the organization. Responsibilities include assisting with functional configuration, requirement gathering, and documentation of business processes to support system enhancements and issue resolution. Gain hands-on experience in enterprise software support while collaborating with functional analysts, architects, and business stakeholders in an agile environment. Additional exposure includes testing and validation of configuration changes, as well as supporting the success of the development and deployment release cycle. Digital Workplace Support Specialist: Get hands-on IT experience across corporate and manufacturing environments while supporting the technologies that keep our teams productive. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with deploying new devices, support conference rooms and plant floor equipment, and contribute to large scale Digital Workplace projects. This isn’t a sit behind the desk job, tackle new challenges daily, and gain exposure to every area of IT.
