Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business process analysis and data visualization
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint
• Strong data modeling abilities and experience integrating data from multiple systems
• Proficient in programming/scripting for data manipulation (Python, R, SQL)
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and project metrics

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a source-controlled Tableau environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with report-level asset management within Tableau

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards by extracting and integrating data from various sources
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable visualizations to support business process improvement initiatives
• Author and manage report-layer assets and perform report-level transformations in Tableau
• Work within a source-controlled environment, ensuring data integrity and version management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to communicate findings and present recommendations effectively
• Utilize Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel for comprehensive data modeling and reporting
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support data-driven decision making
• Monitor and report on key project metrics, including KPIs, Earned Value Management, schedule performance, and cost variance
