About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Information Technology Approval System (ITAS) Administrator to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities Process, track, and manage ITAS submissions from states and territories, ensuring timely, accurate handling of acquisition requests. Review submissions for completeness, compliance, and adherence to Army governance standards; validate documentation and identify deficiencies. Serve as a quality‑control checkpoint, forwarding compliant submissions to Headquarters, Department of the Army within required timelines. Coordinate with state stakeholders, ARNG staff, and headquarters personnel to resolve submission issues and clarify requirements. Maintain records of ITAS actions, statuses, and decisions to support transparency, auditability, and reporting. Advise submitters on procedural corrections and documentation standards to improve submission quality and reduce cycle time. Produce routine status reports, metrics, and evidence packages for ITAS manager and governance reviews. Support process improvements and provide day‑to‑day operational support to the ARNG ITAS manager. #ENOCS Qualifications 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree. Practical experience reviewing technical/acquisition documentation, validating submission completeness, and applying governance checklists. Proficiency with tracking/reporting tools, document repositories (SharePoint), and Excel; ability to maintain audit‑quality records and produce metrics. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills to liaise with state, ARNG, and headquarters personnel and resolve submission issues. Attention to detail, procedural discipline, and ability to enforce standards under deadline pressures. Desired: Prior ARNG/DoD ITAS or IT acquisition governance experience.
