The incumbent in this position will be assigned to the System Unit at the Division of Child Support Services. Duties include: Delaware Child Support System (DECSS) and RAPID user support triage of system issues reported by users, generation and tracking of Help Desk tickets using Microsoft team Foundation Server, DECSS and RAPID table administration, batch error research and results verification, User Acceptance testing of bug fixes and new systems functionality, systems documentation updates and SQL query generation and analysis. This position also answers customer inquiries with issues with client facing applications.
