Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Well-versed in various information security frameworks, standards, and industry compliance requirements (NIST CSF, PCI, ISO 27002, CIS Baselines)
  • Knowledgeable in the best practices of Cybersecurity management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have an eye for detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and be able to work within and foster a team environment
  • Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing, and across all levels

Nice To Haves

  • CISA, CISSP, CISM, GSNA, or similar certification
  • 5+ years of network audit and related Information Systems Security Officer experience

Responsibilities

  • Primary ownership and administration of an online user provisioning system
  • Collaborates with various departments to integrate security measures into business processes
  • Conducts regular security risk assessments
  • Coordinates and implement the security awareness training program
  • Coordinates the periodic review of user access rights with department managers
  • Establishes security monitoring methodologies, perform periodic security reviews, and monitor outstanding vulnerabilities and patch status
  • Establishes documentation and reporting, demonstrating secure server and network environments and compliance with documented standards
  • Develops comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with financial industry cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
  • Serves as the IT department liaison to external auditors and examiners for the purpose of audit preparation, evidence collection, and follow-up
  • Collaborates with internal IT teams and auditors to review audit findings and implement corrective actions
  • Complies with all banking laws and regulations, and maintains the confidentiality of bank and customer information
  • Other duties as assigned
