About The Position

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm with a mission to safeguard and protect our customers from increasing threats and vulnerabilities in this digital age. TDI is looking for a Secret cleared ISSO to support our DISA customer on a hybrid basis out of Alexandria VA.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • DoDI 8570 IAM Level II or IAT Level II Certification.
  • TDI does business with the federal government, which restricts employment to individuals who are either US citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and practices in support of customer objectives and DoD requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and submit Assessment & Authorization (A&A) documentation, including Body of Evidence artifacts, SSPs, and related security documentation within eMASS to support authorization and continuous monitoring activities.
  • Serve as the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for assigned Joint Service Provider (JSP) systems and lead authorization and reauthorization efforts, including coordinating required activities and meetings.
  • Validate and monitor compliance with Information Assurance (IA), cybersecurity, customer, and local security requirements to ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Conduct security audits, reviews, assessments, and control testing to verify the effectiveness of security controls; analyze findings and implement corrective actions to remediate vulnerabilities and audit discrepancies.
  • Provide security engineering reviews of proposed system changes, including hardware, software, and connectivity modifications, and advise the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) on security impacts.
  • Provide IA and cybersecurity subject matter expertise throughout all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure security requirements are appropriately addressed.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures for ISSO team operations and support lessons learned activities to improve team productivity and efficiency.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, customer personnel, and stakeholders to support security objectives and mission requirements.
