About The Position
Tygart is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support a DOJ office in Clarksburg, WV. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in information security, a strong technical background in networking, system administration, and development, as well as familiarity with cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and virtualization. A current Top Secret security clearance is required.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience (required)
- Active Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance (required)

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Cloud Certification
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated level of experience in information security practices, including: National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Common Criteria Defense Information Security Agency (DISA) SANS Institute
- Experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development environments
- Demonstrated level of experience in information security practices within the federal and/or state governments
- Previous hands-on technical experience in: Networking System administration Development
- Working knowledge of: Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines Virtualization Software-defined infrastructure Cloud computing technologies
