About The Position

This on-site role serves as the primary IT resource for Devereux - TCV Programs located in Braddock, PA. The IT Lead will ensure reliable systems, provide strong customer service, and effective coordination of technical support and projects. The position is responsible for leading and overseeing daily IT support operations across multiple sites, ensuring timely resolution of requests and high-quality service delivery. The role also involves serving as the escalation point for complex technical issues, troubleshooting a wide range of systems, and coordinating competing priorities across support and project work. Additionally, the IT Lead will support IT systems and infrastructure through installation, maintenance, and asset management, ensuring compliance with security standards, and leading site-based IT projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Tier 2/Tier 3 or advanced IT support role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, networks, and devices
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing guidance or leadership to IT staff preferred
  • IT certifications or relevant education are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily IT support operations across multiple sites, ensuring timely resolution of requests and high-quality service delivery.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues while troubleshooting a wide range of systems, including hardware, software, network, and communication tools.
  • Coordinate competing priorities across support and project work, monitor performance metrics, and drive process improvements.
  • Support IT systems and infrastructure through installation, maintenance, and asset management, ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Lead site-based IT projects, coordinating timelines and resources to ensure smooth, minimally disruptive implementations.
