About The Position
Supports enterprise infrastructure and business-critical services across cloud, platform, network, storage, and virtualization environments. Responsible for monitoring, incident response, automation, operational support, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable and secure services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or platform operations.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher
- AWS (EC2, EKS, S3)
- Networking: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN, firewalls, SNMP, NetFlow
- NetApp storage, SAN, NAS, NFS, SMB/CIFS, iSCSI
- LogicMonitor, Zenoss, Splunk, Instana, ServiceNow
- Python, Shell, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation
- Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, ArgoCD
Nice To Haves
- AWS, Kubernetes, or related certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure, cloud, storage, networking, and container platforms.
- Manage incidents, problem investigations, service restoration, and change activities.
- Implement automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Development, and Operations teams.
- Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Participate in on-call support and major incident response as needed.
