Requirements

  • Proficiency in Personal Computer Applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain servers, systems, and network performance.
  • Responds to and helps resolve complex questions or issues that may arrise.
  • Configures and supports systems.
  • Stays informed and up to date on trends and technology.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
