About The Position

MANTECH seeks an experienced and passionate, career and customer-oriented Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to join our team supporting in Fort Meade. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support organization, system, or enclave IA programs. Propose, coordinate, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and methodologies. Establish and maintain operational security posture. Assist with information system security management and day-to-day security operations. Provide CM as needed for security software, hardware, and firmware. Manage system changes and assess security impacts. Prepare and review SSPs, Risk Assessment Reports, C&A packages, and SRTMs. Support security authorization activities in compliance with Government standards and the RMF.

Requirements

5 years of professional experience in any capacity
Experience or willingness to learn ISSO responsibilities
Knowledge or willingness to learn current security tools
Experience or willingness to learn Hardware/software security implementation
Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly

Nice To Haves

Experience with Splunk (search and reporting)
Experience building Splunk dashboards
Experience with AWS Docker services and Kubernetes
