Requirements

Experience directing and implementing information system security controls
Experience reporting on and advising senior leaders and technical teams on status and information system security recommendations
Experience developing and reporting a plan of action and milestone (POA&M)
Experience developing documentation to ensure continuing approval to operate (ATO)
Ability to navigate the approval to operate (ATO) accreditation and certification process
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience ensuring the security of information systems, or 12+ years of experience ensuring the security of information systems in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with securing information systems in the cloud
Experience managing the full ATO accreditation and certification process
Security+ or CISSP Certification
