About The Position

This role involves advising and assisting the Government with cybersecurity documentation, reviews, and continuous monitoring duties. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with DoD Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG) and AFI 17-101 (Risk Management Framework). The position also requires coordination of network-related security, hardware/software upgrades, and troubleshooting. COMSEC duties, including managing secure telephone networks, are also part of the role. Additionally, the position involves program and administrative support such as tracking project meetings, maintaining documentation, and providing secure escort duties within assigned facilities. Participation in organizational reviews, audits, and working groups is expected.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist the Government with cybersecurity documentation, reviews, and continuous monitoring duties required by the DoD Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG) and AFI 17-101 (Risk Management Framework).
• Coordinate all network-related security patch management, hardware/software upgrades, installs, diagnosis, and troubleshooting on Government-owned assets with the Information Assurance Officer (IAO) or Information System Security Manager (ISSM).
• Perform COMSEC duties and manage secure telephone networks and usage.
• Track suspense’s for project meetings, team meetings, integrated product teams (IPTs), status reports, and taskers.
• Maintain Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), spreadsheets, and equipment tracking documents.
• Provide secure escort duties within the assigned 96 TW advanced program facilities as required.
• Attend and participate in organizational reviews, audits, briefings, meetings, and working groups.
