About The Position

Join a mission-driven IT team supporting multiple sites nationwide through remote technical expertise. The role provides hands-on support across hardware, networking, telecommunications, and systems in both unclassified and classified environments. It involves independent problem-solving and coordinating IT support across geographically dispersed teams.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 10 or more years of relevant IT support experience.
Strong proficiency with Windows desktop operating systems and Dell or HP hardware.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
Solid understanding of network communications and troubleshooting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and commitment to customer service.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working with Cisco network equipment.

Responsibilities

Image, configure, and deploy physical desktops.
Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, zero clients, and monitors.
Manage operating systems, BIOS configurations, and workstation health.
Patch network ports and trace network lines.
Install, manage, and harden Cisco network switches.
Install and configure VoIP phones and voicemail.
Troubleshoot phone-related issues and maintain reliable communication services.
Plan and execute user moves, including transitions of computers, phones, and network connectivity.
Prepare obsolete or decommissioned assets for proper disposal.
Partner with other IT teams on enterprise-wide initiatives.
Support unclassified and classified systems.
