  • Is recognized for their ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with partners from various business sectors and organizational levels.
  • Has 2 to 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or information security, depending on the combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the successful candidate will be required to interact with English-speaking partners and work with systems, tools, and documentation in English while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the operationalization of information security risk management and compliance practices across the Information Security Vice-Presidency’s processes.
  • Identify gaps between information security framework requirements and current practices, and recommend appropriate action plans.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of information security controls implemented within business processes and systems.
  • Collaborate on internal and external audit activities, contribute to the development of action plans resulting from audit recommendations, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Participate in the evolution of the information security control framework, monitor information security risks, and help foster a culture focused on secure behaviours.
