About The Position

Join the Information Security team for a paid summer internship focused on cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, security operations, and technology program support. You'll gain hands-on experience helping protect systems, data, and business operations while working alongside professionals across multiple information security disciplines. This opportunity is ideal for students interested in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or risk management. This is a hybrid role based in Princeton, NJ requiring 2 days on-site per week.

Requirements

  • Rising sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Interest in cybersecurity, risk management, governance, compliance, security operations, or technology program management.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment concepts and cybersecurity principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work for the full internship period from May 25, 2027 through August 20, 2027.
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule and commute to the Princeton, NJ office as required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship.

  • Demonstrated leadership through coursework, student organizations, athletics, volunteer experiences, or previous internships is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support information security initiatives that help protect company systems, infrastructure, and data.
  • Assist with security monitoring, incident response, and cybersecurity operations activities.
  • Participate in IT compliance and risk assessment activities to support governance and control processes.
  • Partner with team members to review IT controls and collaborate with business stakeholders on security-related initiatives.
  • Support the development of information security policies, standards, and implementation plans.
  • Create dashboards, reporting tools, and communications that help track team objectives and educate employees about information security.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across the Information Security organization.
