About The Position

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Information Security Engineering Consultant – Identity Platforms. This is a Full Time – Contract position with a duration of 12+ Months, located in Irving, TX (Hybrid). As an Information Security Engineering Consultant – Identity Platforms, you will lead the design, implementation, support, and modernization of enterprise identity infrastructure across Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Microsoft Entra ID, and Virtual Directory Services (VDS). You will provide engineering leadership for authentication, federation, and identity synchronization platforms. You will architect and support RadiantOne Virtual Directory Server solutions, enabling directory virtualization, identity data aggregation, LDAP federation, and enterprise application integration across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Your role will drive platform stability, security, operational excellence, and modernization initiatives. You will support complex integrations, disaster recovery preparedness, audit requirements, and enterprise identity services. Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and regulatory standards while enabling scalability and resilience. Collaborate strategically with stakeholders to align identity services with business and technology objectives.

Requirements

Experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Virtual Directory Services (VDS).
Experience in enterprise identity infrastructure design, implementation, and support.
Experience with hybrid identity environments and complex integrations.
Understanding of compliance requirements, audit processes, and disaster recovery planning.

Responsibilities
