About The Position

The Information Security Coordinator is responsible for supporting and maintaining the hospital’s information security program to protect patient, employee, and organizational data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This position assists with cybersecurity initiatives, compliance monitoring, risk assessments, policy development, staff education, and incident response activities while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and other applicable standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Healthcare Information Management, or related field preferred.
