About The Position

FoundationCCC is seeking an Information Security Coordinator to join its IT Operations team. This role is responsible for Information Technology (IT) administration and logistical services that support the Foundation. The FoundationCCC is dedicated to benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges system. This position is 100% in-person in their Sacramento office.

Requirements

• Relevant AA/AS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.
• Minimum of one (1) + year(s) of customer service experience.
• Experience with common security tools in Windows and Mac.
• Mission-driven, passionate, equity-minded individuals with a strong desire to impact and change people’s lives for the better.
• Expertise in niche areas across areas of impact and higher education overall, and knowledge of business, philanthropy, technology, communications, and more.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact for IT issues.
• Responsible for IT-related tasks associated with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Provides support to all Foundation employees relating to equipment and devices.
