About The Position

The Information Security Analyst role is responsible for supporting access provisioning, resolving issues, assisting with audit activities, and helping manage identity lifecycle processes across corporate applications and systems. The analyst will collaborate with security teams, technical resources, application support teams, and business partners to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant IAM support.

Requirements

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data review.
  • Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts such as user provisioning, account access, and security roles.
  • Familiarity with customer service, ticketing systems, or support processes is helpful.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively and efficiently provide the right person with the right system access at the right time.
  • Process access requests according to predefined procedures and in compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Resolve problem tickets and service requests related to corporate and commercial applications and/or systems.
  • Collaborate with security analysts, technical resources, application support teams, and business partners to ensure efficient and satisfactory resolution of reported issues and requests.
  • Communicate with customers to clarify requests, provide updates, and share information as needed.
  • Provide Tier II support for help desk-reported issues to ensure timely resolution with minimal assistance.
  • Review, investigate, and resolve issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of role-based access controls (RBAC) and apply the most appropriate access options to support least-privilege principles.
  • Serve as the IAM point of contact for assigned applications and manage the end-to-end identity lifecycle for those applications, including provisioning, revocation, and audit support.
  • Assist with execution of access certifications and audits, including resolving attestation issues.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and departmental administrative rotations
  • Perform documented procedures for timely revocation of system access for separated employees.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for security system modifications and enhancements, as needed.
  • Adapt effectively to changing situations and interpret a variety of work instructions, forms, and reports.
