This role is for an Information Security Analyst IV enthusiastic about leading and supervising information security staff, developing strategic plans, and managing budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, programming, or engineering AND four years of information security experience AND one year of management/supervision OR Five years of information security experience AND two years of management/supervision OR Two years as an Information Security Analyst III
• DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level 3, IASAE Level 2, or CSSP (preferred)
• Strategic planning
• Budget management
• Team leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in response to major incidents
• Oversee enterprise-wide security architecture and strategy
• Represent the organization in national cybersecurity forums
• Manage vendor relationships for security tools and services
• Develop strategic security plans and present to leadership
• Supervise junior analysts and oversee security operations
• Support business continuity planning by maintaining recovery documentation
• Assist in vulnerability scans and document remediation steps
• Monitor and respond to phishing attempts using email filtering tools
• Develop/administer security budgets
• Direct professional development and training
• Oversee audits, compliance, and technical infrastructure
