This is a third shift position. Hours are from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Sunday/Monday/Tuesday with alternating Saturday's. Responsibilities include creating and opening accounts on various applications within SSC, monitoring day-to-day application reports to ensure all user IDs are current, and responding in a timely manner to inquiries from operational business units and SAS help desk. The role also involves providing on-the-job training to new staff, elevating unresolved issues to management, and maintaining appropriate documents for audits. Additionally, the specialist will identify and report unusual or suspicious transaction activity, support various client-facing applications by setting them up, providing training, and resolving data integrity issues within specific timeframes. The position requires performing daily processes accurately and in accordance with defined time frames and internal/client requirements. Other duties may be assigned by management.
